    CCC in Gold By FLL - Real ?

        Looks like a true gold grade FLL clasp to me, but agree with the others that the condition is pretty poor unfortunately.

          Ground dug

          Could it be a bronze seeing as it was a ground dug piece?

            I would think not Kyle, as FLL gold grades have a certain look to them and this gold color matches other non-ground dug gold clasps I have seen. Its always very different than bronze color finishes used by FLL. FLL also used brass undercoating under some of their silver and gold grade clasps, which I believe this one has and is the reason the finish has stood up so well underground.
