At first glance everything looks ok, hinge and maker mark placement. What I am not sure about is the catch. The pics look like you have two different catches. The first one looks wrong but the second looks ok.

I have the same badge and yours look identical to mine but the (flat stock) catch is slightly bent on yours. Good original badge IMO

What I am not sure about is the catch. The pics look like you have two different catches. The first one looks wrong but the second looks ok.

The catch is bent at an angle so that in the one photo, it appears to be a round wire catch, but it is not.
