    Frank & Reif PAB for review

    Hello Gents,
    I've been offered a F&R S PAB, the hardware looks good but I feel it could have been replaced,please could you give your opinions on it whether to pursue it or leave where it is..

        It's a good F&R though as you mentioned the hardware does appear to be replaced.
