IAB Rettenmaier / Broken Stem

Hi Forum

What is the timeline for these. Do they date back
to 1941 or are these later?. Have this from
a group of medals and other items.
Is it possible it’s the soldiers awarded badge?

I would think these Rettenmaiers are later than October 1941, but its very possible he bought this one later on as a replacement or for every day where and kept his early awarded piece at home.
