    Incorrect. These badges without rivets are totally original and if one were to study Philippe DeBock's excellent book on the PAB you would see evidence that these badges are actually an earlier production. The factory must have temporarily run out of rivets and finished them without.
    Looking for a 30 '06 Chauchat magazine.

        Does the book say anything about what's holding the tank on?
        If it's an early badge It's hard to believe that it would have been glue.

          It does not say. I would guess solder but I am not sure.

            I've seen alot of misinformation in books, does anyone out there know if these badges are fastened with glue or solder?
