Silver "R.R.S" PAB for Review

Hello.

I have referenced my copy of the Panzer Badge Book, but cannot make up my mind about this badge. Details are soft in some areas, but this version of the badge is so poor quality, I don't know what to think.

I believe this one is okay.
Possibly a replaced, or repaired catch.
