I agree, a good “S&L-like”, probably attributable to S&L’s wartime production for private purchase (more here).
It looks like it has an exceptionally good amount of the original frosting left on the obverse.
Not easy to find, probably expensive but I would think the least valuable of the private purchase German production LCTBs, after Juncker, Meybauer and Schickle, and assuming the original pre-war Spanish production badges are out of reach for most collectors?

The other three attributable wartime makers (aside from the S&L-type) are Meybauer, Schickle and Juncker, as summarized in the 2015 thread:
