In my pursuit of my next acquisition, this PAB crosses my path. I see a lot of what a 1942 shouldn’t be in previous posts. With how long a pole would you touch it?

Wow, I can barely see it (or maybe can’t). Beak turned down and hardly or no dots between the numbers? Crimp refers to the hook base (obscured in my example)?
