    Yes it is, but the hinge pin has been replaced.

      Agree with Ralph. It's not all that unusual to see these and other ball hinge badges where the hinge pin was replaced.

            I can only agree with the others, a fine original AS in Triangle PAB, but pin does indeed look replaced.
