      Hi Luka

      To me this looks like a skull seen on panzer collar tabs (Heer, Luftwaffe etc) also sometime used on Heer caps as a tradition abzeichen but its not a specifically SS insignia (even though sometime used by SS as well). No idea if its original or not. I would sugget you post it on the Heer uniform insignnia thread for more oinions
