    Hi Tom,

    Much appreciated for clarifyng that information. JFS 1st pattern clasps are rarer than 2nd pattern ones. It reminds me you mentioning in a thread that among the 1st patterns , there ae10% that have missing cripm sections iaround hinges so only these are scarce .
