          Looks like backplate has been removed and put back, so a no go for me

            I agree with Thomas, seems like there is some work done to it which is a major red flag for any gold CCC. Those gold zinkers need to be more then 100% textbook (IMO)

              I´ll agree with Thomas and there are cracks in the eagles left wing and also in the bajonette blade.

                  I would guess a post-war gold wash on a original bronze grade....
                  agree that back plate might be a replacement

                  a crack from left wing along down to the bayonet tip indicates heavy used, how would finish remain so perfect by that?

                      I can only agree with the others, the backplate on this one was definately pried out at some point. With that said though, I like the look of the gold finish on this one, the wear and the color of it match original Junckers. But unfortunately there will always be a question about it thanks to the messed-with backplate.
