Sorry, it's a cast copy.
Wrong hinge and pin, wrong catch and the back plate appears to be one piece with the badge.

Indeed, very cheap copy from the 1960s I think. Copy of an F&BL clasp, I show one of these in the Reproduction section of the CCC book.
