                Thanks Tom, appreciate your help on this one, since I am not too familiar with this type of badges, would you kindly give me some advise on whether this badge is worth adding to a collection, is this maker rare? and if yes, seller asks for 140 Euros, is that fair?

                    ......For 140 euros you should easily be able to get a nice, genuine wartime produced GAB with much more finish. 60 euros would be more like it IMHO. But, if you just HAVE to have it.....
