Ralph...thank you for the reply. I'm a new, and admittedly very inexperienced collector, and this is the first badge I've ever purchased. I evaluated it and made my decision to buy it based on information I learned in this forum from experienced and kind people like you. I'm sure it seems trivial to most, but it was very satisfying to me to make a correct decision. A baby step forward with my collection.
