Opinions please on this one looks good to me, what year were these first produced.

Looks like a unissued original badge with that typical duffy bronze finish. Taken into account how many mint, unissued ones that turn up I would say the production of these was '44-'45, especially this type of finish and with the chrome type of finish.

Shame thought it was an issued mid war example, its on e-stand described as a silver one nice looking badge.

Do a lot of the mint silver ones show up? I was thinking of buying one for $200 but I know the price of these have dropped in the past few years.

The first badge I have shown has soft detailing around the hull front hatches,
wheels, sprocket, is this due to worn die or is it just build up of patina,
corrosion, opinions please.
