A fine original for me as well.
I don't mind bent badges, to me as long as they are intact the value shouldn't really decrease. However, it definitely should be mentioned in the sales description.

Oh that's a real shame, the seller should definitely have mentioned that the badge was bent as i think that it would have decreased the attractiveness of the badge (if as Tom says not the value)
The real question is what are you going to do? you paid $2700 for this badge and I would be very unhappy.
Refund ?

For me, personally, I would return the item. I'm not going to drop 2700 on a bent badge. I would rather give 3500 for a pristine one.
I respect the veterans here but my opinion is that it will be difficult to resell that item in the future for what you paid for it. If you plan on keeping it for the long run then maybe it's worth it...but I don't usually drop that much money on an item that is bent....AND was not identified as such by the seller.
