    Gold and silver TDB's opinions please

    Please can I have your opinions on the following two Tank Destruction Badges (one silver, one gold) - I am happy to take more photos of different angles etc.. if necessary.

    From your limited images:

    Gold TDB looks to be original.

    Silver TDB is a reproduction.

        I can only agree with Tim and Andy, the gold one is an original (and much rarer than the silver grade). Looks like a nice worn example.

        The silver unfortunately is a well known fake.

                Jacques - I bought a fair sized collection of German WW2 stuff about 9 years ago purely for investment purposes, I've decided it's time now to sell... I have many other items I will be posting up soon to confirm authenticity - and then move to selling them. (BTW - the bronze Junker Anti Partisan badge posted earlier by 'Actionoke' is also mine).

                My biggest challenge at the moment is finding out fair prices for them...

                I will certainly like to make use of the E- Stand/selling section of this forum in due course.
