Thanks Mark, I am a visual learner and a comparison such as this is a great help. We could all save ourselves a lot of stress if we could catalog our known fakes on this forum. Steve

Dear Steve,

Nothing is easier and more reliable than doing this yourself, on your hard drive. A good archive of fakes AND ORIGINALS is one of the main keys to successful collecting, if not the most important thing. If you have not arrived at the point yet where you can decide on your own what to save in which catagory, pick out a few guys on the forum whose opinion you trust or evaluate the general outcome of a thread. Only save things where you (or others) know for sure which catagory it belongs to. Review your database often, every day. Compare every badge presented in the forum to the ones in your database, make corrections if neccessary. Save as many examples as possible, not just "one of each maker".
