                  I don't think this one was worn. You should be able to see sew holes if it was attached to a uniform. From your pictures the white substance looks like glue, like it was in a scrap book. The silver material does not have much wear to it and the tank looks nice also.

                  I think this go for between $800 to $1100, depending on who is selling it. They used to sell for the upper end of the aforementioned price range before the market adjusted.

                    I can't see any on the photos, ahh yes I didn't think that it could be glue and attached to a scrap book or album. They do bring strong money because of their rarity.. I saw somewhere there was a tally for how many of each were issued but I can't find it anywhere...
