    Assault Badges from College

    Hi guys,

    I was at a small military show, held at a local college, on Friday and Saturday. I picked up an R.K. Panzer Badge and two General Assault Badges while at the show. Who'd have thought that you could buyWW2 German medals at a college?

              Great pick ups, Tom!

              I did not have to say it this time....others (and he is from the other side of the pond!!!) are catching on that you only pay $5 per badge!

                    Oh no, the lowdown I hear is that Tom is so smooth, he gets the dealers to pay him $5 to take the badges off their hands.

                    Only ever went to a show at a college in Prague a couple of times. Didn't find any $5 badges but did get a few nice things at good prices and a 1/2 priced ($125) repro tropical o'seas cap. Another lesson learned the hard way!

                    Congrats, Tom, and of course love the RK. Were they selling $5 diplomas as well? Always wanted to be called Doctor.

                        Nice badges Tom, I have a nice GAB also marked with the W with the 5 little prongs, mine is a 1.16.1 in Frank's book and have a flaw in the bayonet.
