Hello guys ! I need Your help with maker of this IAB

Straight on shot of the eagle would be helpful to id the maker, but I think its an FLL.

A very nice example of their early work. So much better than all the zincers they produced later. Nice catch! By the way, Ralphs example is very nice as well.
