      Hi guys.
IMO this badge was never actually repaired, only by a Troll using Photoshop or simular.
Look at these two pictures one more time and you will see it's exactly the same picture, only some adjustment to the colors etc. and of course the "repair".
The question is, where did GM get his pictures from?

      Best regards
      Olav

This badge was posted here back in 2011, with the same defect as the close-ups shown by GM.

              Hi,

I asked the seller during the auction for better uncersored pics, but didn't get one. I noticed that the seller registered himself this year and has exactly one rating. The rating from a guy, also registered the same day and also with only one rating. The limit on this lovely piece was 1300.- € - seem a bargain but it was not the first time, you bid on pics from items, the seller dont own. - so I passed on this one.

              hope it turns out well

              regards Walle

Very good detecitive work Olav! Well done my friend, you are exactly right. These are the exact same badge, but someone photoshoped the break around the rivet.

Just an update,...it was a scammer. I even talked on the phone with this guy and we agreed to meet in person, but somehow even if he supposed to live about 150 km away, he never had any time. When i wrote him, that i was on a trip in his area, then the responses stopped and i never heard from him again. I'm sure he will try again somewhere else, so be carefull
