The clasp looks ok to me, but I don´t like the backing plate. It is too small in my opinion. Maybe a replacement..

I also really like your clasp. Great condition. As far as the backing plate goes, I think its fine. I do not think its a replacement based on these pics. The color and finish on the backing plate is that typically found on AGMuK pieces. Keep in mind that although the finish and quality of the entire badge is awesome, the CCC is a mid to late war badge. I think that at this time, the backing plate was not of the utmost priority and as long as it covered the entire cutout (as viewed from the obverse) it would definately pass quality control.

The detailing on AGMuKs is just awesome, the best in my opinion.
