Ebay,possible scam or possible steal?

Saw this earlier on ebay.The guy said he found 4 items in a car he bought.CCC,EK1,Anti-partisan badge,and Black wound badge.I dont know enough about these to recognise rubbish.But it might be a good deal for someone in here,who knows their onions.........
