Obverse details pretty ragged and I like to see the pin a bit more bent out of the hinge but a good one IMO.

        Well

......unless some new information has come to light, that I am currently unaware of, I was always of the opinion that the maker marks should have the curvature to the downward stroke of the letters FLL.

This one doesn't show that trait.

            Hi Cliff,

The badge itself is original. But the pin looks a little funky as it nears the hinge, not sure what is going on there. Also, the backplate is a replacement IMO.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Some crude tool marks on the pin near the hinge. Maybe someone attempted to straighten it not knowing about the character trait and thinking it was damage?
