    Hi Lillegut,

I haven't seen a PAB marked for Deumer, nor have heard of PABs attributed to that maker. Not to say of course that they didn't exist, or that the hollow unmarked badge you saw is fake.

I have an envelope for the silver PAB that lights up like a Christmas tree (a blue Christmas tree) under black light, and the quality of the paper is wrong, so I consider it a fake. It didn't have a badge associated with it. I can't recall which maker is printed on the envelope, but it was not a known maker of PABs. When I get home tonight I will see about posting an image of this envelope.

      Lillegut,

Here is the back of the PAB envelope I mentioned, marked for the Ludwig Bertsch company of Karlsruhe. Not a known maker of PAB. As I said, the paper this envelope is made of is poor quality and lights up under black light, so it's fake. Maybe the envelope you saw by Deumer was a fake envelope, but not to say the badge was fake.
