      Hello,

      It appears to be a good Deumer, but perhaps a ground find? It does look like part of the eagle's beak is missing. The finish looks a little odd and it is hard to see the hinge crimp. It also looks as if the catchplate is sitting atop the boss instead of being crimped into it.

      But based on the pictures I would say it's okay.
