50 General Assault Badge for review

I'm looking for opinions on this badge. I purchased it over 10 years ago from a well known collector but have never asked for opinions on it. If needed I can try to take better photos in natural light and try to get an closeups that are needed. Thanks in advance.

IMO the pin looks wrong, the mm is very faint and of course the number box is too long.

Couldn't give you a value. But some decent stand up collectors do acquire fakes to help their research. Not to resell. Stewy
