    S&L Infantry Assault Badge

    Hi guys,

Found this Steinhauer & Lück IAB today at a gun show. It's void of finish but was a bargain so I couldn't pass it up.

    Best regards,
    Tom

Good find a late war S&L. I'm surprised about the finish, these usually retain it well. Stewy

Nice find indeed Tom. I really like the detail on these S&L badges, so I tend to pick them up whenever I can even if devoid of finish as long as the price is right

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Great addition! I especially like the S&L reverse, very sharped.

            Hi Tom

Any badge that is bargain priced is worth picking up.

Nice badge and as others have pointed out, nice design, front and rear.

            best regards
            Graeme

nice design, and I like the badges in such conditions, IMO they have to be at less a little bit worn, maybe it's my mania, but I'm not attracted by the badges in mint condition

                  Thanks, Cesare.

Mint is certainly nice to look at, but I too prefer badges that have seen a bit of the action.

                  Best regards,
                  Tom
