That's an odd one for me...its clearly an S&L but with an uncommon reverse setup and a beak flaw.

Hi Ron,

Looks like a fine original S&L flak for me. I have seen others with the beak flaw, not sure what causes it other than a possible dirty die. Reverse hardware setup is also classic S&L IMO, and has the correct wartime dimple on the pin that I associate with a true wartime setup.
