Army Flak Badge Variant

Several years ago a group of German medals and badges came into my local coin shop from a veteran with foreign coins. What was unusual was the Army Flak Badge. Mint, it was unmarked with a "darkened gun". I, unfortunately, missed it. Has anyone ever seen one of these? I know they were original, untouched and it was impressive in detail and the darkening was uniform.
