    Panzer Assault Badge

    Hello everyone! Ive always had trouble authenticating stamped Panzer badges. I took a risk on this one but hopefully my risk payed off I was also wondering if there are any good reference books for Panzer badges. Thanks in advance

    It is a B.H. Mayer.
    The "Panzer Assault Badges of WW II" books by Philippe DeBocke are the best reference out there.

        Ill have to look into getting that book, its on amazon for $388 which is expensive but in the long run I know it will save me money! Thanks for the help guys!

          Indeed, a fine original Mayer/Schickle PAB. Nicely worn condition too, a keeper for sure.

          Phil's book is indeed good when it comes to the PAB. $388 isn't expensive at all when you consider how much a single PAB goes for these days, and knowing that the fakes are very good out there. A good reference book is always money well spent IMO.
