        Hi Tony

This one is a late-war unmarked Friedrich Linden.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

          Hi Tony,

It's a good Friedrich Linden IAB as Tom D says.

For comparison, here is another die-stamped, hollowback Friedrich Linden IAB. This example uses the same exact hinge and pin as on your badge, but has a variation catch with catchplate.

          Best regards,
          Tom

And this solid-backed, maker-marked Friedrich Linden IAB has a different hinge than your badge, but the exact same catch that is seen on yours. There are quite a few variations that exist with these Friedrich Linden Infantry Assault Badges.

            Best regards,
            Tom
