No doubts a nicely made fake for me as well. The base metal, rivets, hardware and details are all red flags here and bare no resemblance to an original Juncker #PAB.

Where do they all come from? There must be a lot of fake factories around, but what are the main channels out to the market? Some of the fakes are very well made (like this one) and there must be quite skilled persons behind the production. Silver or gold smiths doing some extra money?
