A witness of the war.... heavy Würster GAB in tombak.

    Hi guys,

want to share this new badge in my collection.
    A true warhorse!
    Heavy Würster GAB in tombak.
Love the patina and signs of wear on this one.
No repairs or defects, only the pin was made a
bit shorter by filing it. I believe this was done
as a modification for wear, or maybe just for
    aesthetic reasons.
    Who will tell?

Hope you like it as much as i do.

A nice tombak Wurster with lots of honest wear, and all of that frosty silver finish gone.
I like the "bare naked been there" look.

                              Hi NS,

Gorgeous early solid Wurster. Just lovely patina and excellent wear pattern, I prefer this much more than the minty ones.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
