    CCC - which maker?

    Another bronze Close Combat Clasp.
Got it at an auction some weeks ago.
I can't see any markings, any suggestions?

          Hi Jan,

Its a Funcke & Bruninghaus, its marked in tiny letters upside down above the catch.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

            Thanks, Tom and Ralph.
Don't know that much of awards and badges. Guess I have a long way to go through education here at the forum.
I'm really glad I can use this forum to ask about my purchases and finds.
Going to pick up 2 more awards this weekend through the woodwork.

I agree. Tom's book on the CCCs is outstanding.......an invaluable reference.
