Hey guys new to badges this one I'm curious about I haven't paid for it yet, person is letting me keep it over night but hes asking $40. Hows it look?

Welcome to the wonderful world of badge collecting, WAF is the best place if you are interested in that
Your badge is an original unmarked Wiedmann. It has some zinkpest on it, but even in that condition $40 is a steal of a price, especially since there is a good amount of bronze finish remaining. I would certainly snap it up at that price and then give it a nice vaseline bath which will clean it up a bit.
