A friend of mine has been offered this badge. Unfortunately, this is the only photo he has received that is of halfway decent quality. All the others are from far away and/or blurry. He hopes to get additional photos this evening. Can anyone tell from just this one photo if this has a chance of being original? Any help would be most appreciated.

Sorry, I don't care for the details here that I can see, the obverse view is a must and if this is the only photo you are getting to base such a large purchase on then I would pursue another one from a seller who is willing to be forthcoming with images.

Looks good so far, but as the others have said, we would need several more good closeups of the obverse, hardware and the rivets, etc. to be sure its a good one. The fakes are very good these days unfortunately.

Yes, the ASA looks OK to me, too! The PKA has potential (even if the the barrel looks strange), but more and better pictures are needed, IMO.Comment
