    Thanks for help!

Pics are very far away and therefore impossible to be sure if its 100% original as the fakes are really good these days. However, based on these low quality pics, I don't see any red flags and looks to be a good, original later-war Deumer in decent condition.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

I'm with Tom, if anything it's a Deumer. But pics are so small. Could you request better pics from the owner? Stewy

I think a good one in mint shape!

however I am not sure on the finish.. it looks good but almost too good.

I think I am just being paranoid and it's OK.

Thanks for the new pics, they confirm we are looking at a fine original, no red flags that I can see. The finish is perfectly fine IMO, here is another one from Don's excellent collection showing similar high-quality chrome-like finish.

thanks for the comparison pic! certainly drives it home that finishes varied a TON on IAB's.. and without knowing what the finish "should" look like there is no way to know what is correct.

a very nice IAB that I would be proud to add to my collection.
