    GAB for review

I have this badge up for sale in e-stand. An interested buyer would like it reviewed by forum members. Thanks in advance.

      Possibly paint job

Compared to one that Giel just posted and the version 1.30.1 unknown maker #13 in frank's book, it looks like this one was spray painted looking at the reverse

        Hi Tony,

Compare it to one in the originals gallery. This badge is a twin brother.

              Hi John,

No problems with that one at all, a fine original with great finish left. A very nice GAB.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

                Hi John

......Great style of the GAB design. If vou're willing a bit of acetone on a q-tip would be the decisive factor in determining whether this nice GAB has been painted or not.

If this has been repainted then they did a damned fine job of masking off the hardware is all I can say.

Thanks guys for all of the opinions on the badge. Badges like this Deep Pan and these three will always get a second look. Incidentally, all were bought on e-stand. Never seen a better steel Assmann.
