The Driver Badge looks okay to me, but IMO the document is a fake.

I go along with Tom on that opinion of the document.
The entire document is generated by a 'typewriter' &
not from a 'stencil' so there would be no need for the
"Dienst Siegel" wording being there at all.

On printed versions you will find either of these versions
(STEMPEL), (Dienstsiegel), (DIENSTSIEGEL), (Dienststempel),
(Stempel) & on some there is no designated space for any
Unit stamp at all.
