Hi Mannequin,
Perfectly fine original, no problems at all. Date seems appropriate as well for this type of badge (solid back in zinc).
We aren't exactly sure who made these; it could be Juncker but I doubt it. S&L is another option, but also probably unlikely. Really it could be anyone at this point.
