    Heer Flak Badge for review.

Unmarked Heer Flak badge. I am looking at purchasing it, would like some informed opinions as to it's authenticity.
    Thanks in advance.

This is the most common flak fake. It is known as the "Lizardman." Crap

          Hi Hessian,

I can only agree with Daniel and Nick, a common fake that we see quite a bit of here in the US at shows.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

Thanks to everyone who weighed in. These items were brought into a local surplus dealer I know, he wanted help to identify and authenticate a few items.
There were a few items which I knew were right, such as a War Merit Cross 1st Class without swords and a very nice Luftwaffe medal bar and a few other things. As we all know, even good collections can have a few questionable items...

I'm trying to buy those pieces that are good, but the dealer wants to return the lot to the person who brought it in.
