    Tank Destruction Badge

    Hi everyone,

I wanted to share this latest addition that I am extremely happy to add to the collection from a forum member here. I have been after this piece of history for awhile and finally found a tank destruction badge that has clear evidence that it was tunic removed. You can still see the threads and holes where it was stitched to the tunic.

    As always, opinions are welcome,
    Thanks!

    My honest opinion.
That's a super nice example and I'd trade 2 mint ones for one that's been there.
But, no matter how sick or hung over I am, I don't ditch my friends at a show

I like this removed TDB pieces also much more than those "minty" stripes.

            Great looking TDB.

Very, very nice Chad. Great example and I too love the worn ones rather than the minty examples. I really like the threads as you say, but also the vertical stripes on either side of the badge that show it was curved and worn on the uniform.

Any other finds at the show

              Tom
If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little

These canvas backed, tunic removed ones are the best. J
