cut out tank destroyer badge

Got these 2 with a bigger group from the man, unfortunately he destroyed a nice tunic, I guess...
It was sewn on the 4 corners, and additionally glued. Did one see that before?
What maker is the strap?

Original TDB but most probably unworn and put together with cloth.

and the EK2 ribbon was also added post war to the cloth

This set is untouched since end of the war, it came with his badges and the other insignia from the family.
He wasn't able to remove the destroyer badge from the cloth due to the glue, so he cut them from the tunic.
