    GAB for review

    Hello Guys,

Since I'm a helmet collector and not very much into badges I want to put this one up for review. Got it together with my recently acquired M35 DD polizei.
The GAB was in a very bad shape but I managed to cleaned it very carefully.
Is it a Junker? Looking forward for response.

    Thanks

An original zinc GAB in my opinion; most likely a Juncker type 1.23.3 although the catch varies from the classic catch seen on this type. (The badge pictured has a flat wire catch as opposed to a round wire catch which is what Juncker typically used.) Probably just a minor production variation.
        I like the badge.

The cleaning of the badge was well done.

Yes, a fine original for me as well. Nice job with the cleaning, looks much better IMO.

If it doesn't have a hinge and catch, I'm not interested......well, maybe a little
