Heer Marksmanship Lanyard on E-Stand

I believe the following Heer marksmanship lanyard on the e-stand is a post war cord with an original 2nd model badge (Grade 5-8)

The knots are incorrect and there are too many loops in the lanyard (17 in the version for sale - originals have 13/14 depending how you count).

Thanks Gary for posting here. I was thinking post it too. I bought it at a local military shop whose owners have years of experience and i trusted them very much. Looks like I still have lots of things to learn. Not easy for a beginner.

Anyway, I have posted not for sale on my Estand. Feel free to join in the discussion.
