Likewise. I'm definitely no expert on these, but I did a little searching the forums and one thing I have read .. these are real minefields.

That being said, the picture is definitely bad, but look at the one in this thread:

Looks close to this one you show. IMO, I'd stay away, even before getting obverse shot of badge.
