I just received this from Germany, it is said it where found under some stairs
in a factory Building.
What is this?. A decorative item, that where attached something?.
I even thought about it could be a Tool for making an early hollow type PAB...
But think the first is more likely. Its also a type of item that is hard to date its age.
The saying judge the item not the story, anyway I have not much Money involved.
